It is one of the greatest parts of my job to see two people so in love and getting married for the perfect reasons. Andrew and Amber are that couple. They are a couple you look at and want to model your relationships off of. It was a freezing cold winter day in Evergreen, CO, but they were troopers and stuck out the cold for the photos. I can’t wait for the big day in June!

Here is a link Keely and Tom’s “Mad Men” styled shoot that was featured on Say “I Do” Denver….
I couldn’t ask to be a part of a better wedding. Hillary and Blake had one of my favorite ceremony’s of all time. They were married at the stunning The Sanctuary Golf Course in Sedalia, CO. There was so much love and emotion involved that I almost cried behind the camera. They have such a loving family. The month of March can bring snow or sun and we had a perfect 75 degree day. The fun went into the evening with plenty dancing and cake in the face. Hillary and Blake, I love you guys!

I was so excited to do engagement photos on Pearl Street in Boulder. Not only because I grew up in Boulder and my family has a store on Pearl Street, but I have the opportunity to photograph one of my child hood friend’s weddings. I am so happy to be a part of Lauren and Kevin’s wedding in May. Lauren and I grew up down the street from each other and have been friends forever. Lauren’s family also has a store on Pearl Street, and that plays a big part in Lauren and Kevin’s life together. So it was only right to do the photos on the Pearl Street mall. I am so happy Lauren has found the love of her life!

The Manor House in Littleton, Colorado is always such a perfect place to get married. It doesn’t matter what the weather is like, the photos and scenery will always be beautiful. Tess and Daniel were married on March 3rd. It was one of the coldest days of the year and one of the windiest days I have ever seen in Colorado. They were so ready to be married they didn’t care that it was windy and cold. They made the best of the wind and had fun with it, as you can see in some of the photos below. Congrats Tess and Daniel!

It was a delightful fall day in Evergreen, CO where we shot Hillary and Blake’s engagement photos. We shot the photos during the “golden hour” so we got a gorgeous glow to the photos. The pair is so much fun and willing to do just about anything to get a great photo. I am so excited for their March wedding at The Sanctuary.

I enjoyed every moment at Jess and Preston’s wedding. This past summer I shot Preston’s sisters wedding so it was great knowing a lot of the guests at the event. Devils Thumb Ranch is such a fun place to shoot at. The venue gives you such inspiration and makes you really see the beauty in nature, especially on a snowy winter day. Jess and Preston were married at the fireplace in the Broad Axe Barn and then had the reception At Heck’s Tavern. They are very into the sport of Squash, so the fabulous Rami Carter of Pick Me Weddings designed the floral arrangements in Preston’s Squash trophies. That was such a creative idea. The night concluded with lots of dancing and Hunker Down playing some great bluegrass music. They also had an amazing moon and there was even a ring around it. That has to be good luck!

A few weeks ago I was able to be a part of photographing two of my best friends, Tiffany and Cr Brinton from Brinton Studios 10 year vow renewal. It was extremely special for me because not only did I get to be a part of my close friends wedding, but they also helped me get my start in Wedding photography. One of the biggest honors I could get was to be able to shoot something so special with such great people and photographers. It was so exciting that their vow renewal made the front page of Style Me Pretty. Kara Delay from Love This Day Events did an absolutely stunning job on the flowers as well as designing the wedding at the Manor House in Littleton, CO. She designs dream weddings, that is for sure. Thanks Tiff, CR and Kara…you guys are amazing!

One of the most exciting things that could happen to me happened! One of my engagement photos taken in Denver in front of the Metropolitan Art Museum made it to Times Square for a Denver tourism advertisement. Thanks Keely and Tom for making it easy to take a great photo!
